I will not put myself or my company’s name at risk by waving off minor safety points/issues just to “get it
done”. My work is clean and safe and tend to keep it that way to be able to go home to my family and
being able to relax, decompress on the weekend.

Payment will vary depending on the job at hand. Simple 1-3 day jobs will consist of payment of material upon or before the work can begin as this is an insurance/agreement that I am hired for work to begin.

If changes of add-ons are agreed to, this will lead to an additional contract to which payment methods
may vary or be added to final payment.
Bigger jobs that consist of weeks or possibly months of work. Payment will come in stages that will be agreed on i.e. first 15-20% before the job starts to cover material cost, planning and gathering of such material, start of the job.

Next will be the following 55% to pay for the work that has been completed till that point (which we can go over once again to insure everything is going good or if changes are considered). The final 25% will be paid once the work has been completed.

Payment methods:
Cash, cheque (preferably certified or business cheques), e-transfer
I prefer to not deal with debit or credit cards because for small businesses we do pay high interest rates
such transactions.
